🌿 FLOW – How It Works

 

1. Reservation

 

Please select your preferred time and make a reservation via our booking system (RESERVA).

Reservations can be made up to 2 hours in advance.

 

💳 Payment

 

All services require advance payment via RESERVA.

Your reservation will be confirmed once payment by credit card is completed at the time of booking.

Please note that on-site payment is not available.

We provide a secure and seamless payment system for your peace of mind.

 

📌 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted up to 2 hours before your reservation time.

Please note that cancellations made after this time are non-refundable.

 

2. Arrival & Check-in

 

Upon arrival, we will ask you to present:

  • Maternal and Child Health Handbook

  • A valid photo ID (passport, My Number card, etc.)

3. Health Check

Your child’s temperature will be checked upon entry.

For safety reasons, we may decline service if your child has a fever or shows signs of illness.

(In such cases, a full refund will be provided.)

4. Childcare Service

Our midwives and childcare staff work together to provide attentive, individualized care for each child.

5. Pick-up

 

Please pick up your child within your reserved time.

Q. Are male visitors allowed?

A. Entry into the childcare area is restricted.

Pick-up only is permitted.

Q. Is the facility safe?

A. We prioritize your child’s safety above all.

Both the childcare space and consultation rooms are equipped with antibacterial cushioned tatami flooring, designed to reduce impact in case of falls.

We are committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment.

Q. What infection control measures are in place?

A. We implement the following measures:

  • Verification of vaccination records via Maternal and Child Health Handbook

  • Temperature checks upon entry

  • Restrictions for children with fever or cough

  • Regular disinfection of the facility (using sodium hypochlorite)

We maintain a safe and hygienic environment at all times.

Q. Is it possible to extend the time?

A. Extensions are generally not available.

If pick-up is delayed, an additional fee of ¥5,000 per 10minutes will be charged.

(This will be billed at a later date.)

Q. I’m worried about my child during the stay

A. We have installed a monitoring camera system, allowing you to check on your child at any time.

Q. Can service be refused?

A. In order to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all clients and children,

we may refuse future use if behavior is deemed disruptive to the operation of the facility.

We appreciate your understanding as this policy is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests.
